Legend has it that coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region, and with one sip, you’ll understand why this origin remains one of the most celebrated in the world. Grown in rich Ethiopian soil and nurtured by generations of expert farmers, these Organic Fair Trade coffee beans produce a cup that’s as vibrant as the land they’re sourced from.

Our light roast Ethiopian Yirgacheffe delivers a bright, citrusy acidity, subtle fruit and chocolate undertones, and an incredibly smooth finish. Whether you’re kickstarting your morning, fueling your creativity, or just savoring a peaceful moment, this coffee is a true discovery in every cup.

Beyond taste, every bean is grown using USDA Organic, sustainable farming practices and ethically sourced to ensure fair wages for farmers. That means your coffee ritual does more than just wake you up—it supports communities and protects the environment, one sip at a time.

One of the best

This is by far one of the top five coffees in the world! And I've had many. Between the aroma and the taste, it is the best of the best!

Who Cares about my Opinion

I like light roast, better flavor profile! I like to brew a French press style coffee, again a better flavor profile. I have returned to “looking forward to the flavor of my coffee” moments!
